Paul A. Eisenstein is one of the world’s most widely published independent journalists. His work has appeared in more than 200 print, electronic and broadcast media outlets worldwide since he began working as a contract correspondent for National Public Radio in 1979. Eisenstein has won numerous awards over his 46 years covering the auto industry. He was declared a “Pioneer of the Internet” by J.D. Power as one of the first to publish an automotive news site on the Internet, TheCarConnection.com launched in June 1996. He has since launched two other automotive sites, TheDetroitBureau.com, and Headlight.News.
