A Hybrid Perspective at Winter Park’s Electric Ave
Electric Ave transformed downtown Winter Park into a showcase for cleaner transportation, and Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County (opens in a new tab) added a different perspective to the mix. The dealership featured the 2026 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4x4 Hybrid, giving attendees a closer look at how electrification is making its way into vehicles built around utility and capability. With more than 100 people attending the Sustainability Fair & EV Car Show, Park Avenue became a gathering point for EV owners, curious shoppers, sustainability advocates, and residents interested in seeing where automotive technology is headed next.
The Cherokee Hybrid gave the dealership team an opportunity to discuss electrification with people whose needs may extend beyond a traditional EV. Visitors could examine the vehicle up close, ask about its features, and learn more about how hybrid technology balances efficiency with the versatility associated with the Jeep brand. The team also shared GreenCars resources and answered broader questions about hybrid and electric vehicles, helping attendees compare the different routes automakers are taking toward more efficient transportation.
That variety was part of what made Electric Ave valuable. Some visitors arrived already familiar with electrified vehicles, while others were only beginning to explore their options. Adding a hybrid 4x4 to an event filled with EVs helped widen the conversation and showed that the transition toward electrification does not look the same for every driver. Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County contributed to that discussion with a vehicle that paired new technology with a familiar type of capability, giving Winter Park residents another way to think about what a more efficient next vehicle could look like.
