Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights brought electric mobility to the courts during a Saturday pickleball tournament at Lifetime Fitness. Featuring the Ford Mustang Mach-E, the community activation gave tournament participants and other attendees an approachable opportunity to explore an electric vehicle outside a traditional dealership setting.

Throughout the event, community members connected with the Suburban Ford team, learned more about EV technology, and discovered the everyday benefits of electric vehicle ownership. The social atmosphere of the tournament helped create natural conversations around topics such as performance, charging, sustainability, and how an EVs could fit into an attendee’s lifestyle.

Newly installed charging stations at Lifetime Fitness provided a fitting backdrop for the activation. Their presence helped demonstrate how public and destination charging infrastructure is becoming more accessible in the local community, making electric vehicle ownership increasingly practical for area drivers.
