Missoula Ford Tailgate Recap: Powered by the All-Electric Ford Lightning

Last weekend, Missoula Ford hosted our third annual tailgate event—once again powered by the all-electric Ford F-150 Lightning. What started as a fun way to connect with the community has quickly become one of our favorite traditions.

Over the past three years, this event has grown in both size and impact. Our team continues to bring incredible energy to the planning and execution, and it’s been inspiring to see how excited everyone is to take part. That energy carried through the entire event and made a lasting impression on everyone who stopped by.

With the high volume of traffic before and after the game, we had the chance to speak with hundreds of people—many of whom were curious about electric vehicles. The Ford Lightning continues to turn heads and spark conversations, and this event gave us a great opportunity to answer questions in a relaxed, approachable setting.

The feedback we’ve received has been overwhelmingly positive. Time and again, we’ve seen attendees visit the dealership afterward for test drives, and for many, this tailgate event marked the beginning of their EV journey. We've been fortunate to sell several electric vehicles thanks to the relationships built at these events.
