Nissan of Farmington Hills Supports Annual CARES Duck Race with All-Electric Nissan Leaf
The annual CARES Duck Race brought the community together for a day of fun, entertainment, and giving back—highlighted by Nissan of Farmington Hills showcasing the all-electric Nissan Leaf.
Nissan of Farmington Hills was excited to be part of CARES Duck Race. This is an annual event held each summer at Shiawassee Park in Farmington Hills. The event does a fantastic job of bringing the community together for a fun day while also supporting a great local foundation who does a great job helping families.
This year’s Duck Race had a great turnout to watch the rubber ducks go down the river. Last year the event featured over 8,000 ducks and this year there were even more! Each year the Duck Race grows in popularity and increases the support for CARES.
The event had live entertainment, games, food vendors, and interactive booths. Nissan of Farmington Hills used this opportunity to showcase the Nissan Leaf, a fully electric vehicle. Attendees had a chance to look at the new Leaf and explore the features and technology it has to offer. The Leaf was getting a ton of attention from guests.
The dealership reflected their values by participating in this local charity event. Supporting people in your community spreads awareness and builds a stronger support system for those in need. Nissan of Farmington Hills looks forward to supporting more local events in their community.
