Put Performance in Perspective

Atlanta Motor Speedway provides a fitting setting for a festival centered on driving. On October 10 and 11, Demo Days Atlanta will bring together road vehicles, motorcycles, off-road machines, micromobility, custom builds, and new transportation technology.

Cars and trucks powered by gas, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and fully electric systems will share the festival grounds. Visitors can experience acceleration, handling, comfort, and technology, then compare those impressions with vehicles built for hauling, towing, family use, or everyday commuting. The event also includes dirt courses, Freestyle Motocross, autonomous technology, robotics, live music, food, and activities for children. Festival hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.

GreenCars at Demo Days

EV Reality Check Powered by GreenCars will focus on how electrified vehicles perform once the demonstration is over. Conversations will cover charging routines, highway range, ownership costs, towing considerations, battery performance, and the distinctions among available powertrains.

The GreenCars Matchmaker will give visitors a way to organize what they learn. Recommendations are based on personal factors such as commute, regular driving distance, passenger and cargo needs, charging availability, and budget. That information can help shoppers separate an exciting test drive from a vehicle that will continue to make sense at home. It also gives people a way to consider cleaner transportation without assuming that one powertrain is right for every driver.
